CACEA™ recognizes that these are challenging times for the industry, particularly for EAs serving the existing home market. The closing of the Canada Greener Homes Grant and Loan had the largest impact, although it’s not the only pressure. Opportunities through federal, provincial and utility programs have also narrowed. Layer on today’s broader uncertainty for both homeowners and the industry, from the Canada-U.S. trade war to rising costs in general, and the outlook for EAs in this space particularly is getting harder to navigate.
In response, CACEA™ is launching the Existing Home EA Forum. This is an open space for members to come together, explore new revenue streams, and help shape CACEA’s response to these challenges.
This is the first virtual meeting which is open to CACEA members only at no charge. (CEC = 1.5)
