CACEA’s New Awards Program
CACEA is pleased to announce the launch of an annual awards program celebrating leaders in our industry. We are now accepting nominations for two awards (self-nominations welcome). The deadline to submit a nomination is September 25, 2026 5:00pm ET. Award recipients will be announced at lunch at the EA Exchange, November 6th in Richmond BC.
Rising Star Award — Recognizes an emerging professional who has demonstrated exceptional promise, professionalism, and impact early in their career as an Energy Advisor (EA). This individual shows a strong commitment to quality, continuous learning, and advancing energy efficiency practices, while contributing positively to clients, colleagues, and the broader industry.
Trailblazer Award — Recognizes a CACEA member who has made a significant and lasting contribution to advancing the profession, improving industry practices, and/or driving innovation in energy efficiency and building performance. This individual demonstrates leadership, influence, and a commitment to elevating standards, supporting peers, and shaping the future of the EA community.
We are also currently seeking 2-3 judges to volunteer 1-2 hours to review applications. Help CACEA celebrate excellence. If you are interested, please submit your name by September 11, 2026.
