Beyond Equipment Ratings: Modelling Hybrid Heat in Homes

This webinar introduces a new BC-developed Average Annual Efficiency Calculator – a practical tool that models seasonal performance for common heating retrofit scenarios in a typical single detached home. Explore how heat pump system sizing, climate zone, and switchover temperature affect COP, energy use and emissions. Gain a better understanding of hybrid heating system performance and learn how the tool can support retrofit recommendations and client conversations.
