REA Mentoring & Coaching Program

Program Overview

CACEA offers an annual REA mentoring program for FULL and JUNIOR category members.

This is a value-added opportunity for CACEA members to build relationships and expand their skillsets – whether as a mentor or protégé.

Through the 6-month program that involves informal coaching and one-on-one discussions, REA members can connect; access a wealth of information; and ensure they are providing reliable and credible services. Participants of the program have access to highly experienced EA professionals.

The objectives of the program are to:

  • Help both mentors and protégés identify and achieve professional development and personal growth goals.
  • Foster higher levels of engagement, professionalism and consistent practices.
  • Equip participants with the tools necessary to perform to their highest capability.

CACEA Mentoring Program is the perfect resource to ask questions in a safe and supportive environment; enhance your knowledge and expertise; and expand your network.
