Executive Director – Retrofit Canada

Job Title: Executive Director
Location: Remote (national) or hybrid, based out of Edmonton, Alberta
Term: 18-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on funding
Compensation: $86,000 to $110,000 per year

We’re seeking an Executive Director who is comfortable both leading and doing—managing subcontractors and budgets while also writing, researching, developing communications, and building relationships. About one-quarter of the role focuses on leadership and oversight, with the remainder on hands-on project delivery.
