Sun Ridge Residential Inc. seeks an energy advisor to conduct residential energy modeling and site inspection for the homebuilding industry. This is a full-time position, suited for individuals with technical and practical aptitude in energy efficient home construction. The area of coverage includes the Saskatoon, SK region.
Sun Ridge is one of Canada’s leaders in housing science, providing energy modeling, on-site evaluations & testing both during construction and at the pre-occupancy stage. This includes Air Leakage Testing, software modeling, and other services related to the EnerGuide Rating System as prescribed by Natural Resources Canada (NRCan).

Professional training is available. The following background & certifications are valuable assets:
- Practical experience in homebuilding and/or renovation
- Certified Energy Advisor (Natural Resources Canada)
- Infrared Thermography – Level 1
- Moisture Control Technician
- Construction Trades and/or Home Inspector Certification
Tools and equipment are provided. Employees must provide their own vehicle and maintain a clean driving record. Some travel will be required.
