Experienced NRCan Energy Advisor (Subcontractor) – Victoria, B.C. and Surrounding Areas

We are seeking a qualified and experienced NRCan-registered Energy Advisor to perform existing home energy evaluations, including Multi-Unit Residential Buildings (MURBs), in Victoria, B.C. and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct energy evaluations for existing homes and MURBs in compliance with NRCan standards
• Submit accurate and complete evaluation files
• Maintain strong communication with clients and project stakeholders
• Ensure timely completion of evaluations and reports

Candidate Requirements:

• Active NRCan certification as an Energy Advisor for existing homes and MURBs
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an Energy Advisor, or at least 100 submitted existing home files
• Own testing equipment with current calibrations
• Valid professional liability insurance
• Ability to work independently as a subcontractor
