November 11, 2024ECO Canada is looking for a consultant to develop content for Energy Code Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Toolkit. The content developed for this project/toolkit will be owned by ECO Canada at the end of the contract.
Please find attached the request for proposal outlining the scope and guidelines.
Deadline to express interest is November 15, 2024, and the proposal is November 27, 2024.
