DESCRIPTION:Most moisture problems in a building assembly don’t come from vapour diffusion — they come from air leakage. This 90-minute session\, part of CACEA’s High Performance Series\, clears up that confusion and the terminology around it: vapour barrier versus air barrier\, what “breathable” really means\, and when a vapour barrier must be sealed rather than simply lapped.
